And one of the other things is to roll out my own theme. Yes, I’m bored again.
Actually I am only ever happy with something I do myself.
So if things look a little wierd for a while, it’s because I’m playing in my theme garden.

by entropiconJust wanted to make a note here that I have managed to finish the writing commission I had.
That’s 40,000 words completed and handed in to be edited. I went through a pretty dark time getting it all written. And the curse of writer’s block was giving me a lot of hassle.
Still I managed to exorcise that particular demon and got through it.
Now I am on to the other projects that have been on hold. Some more music for sure!

by entropiconI don’t think I’m cut out for sustained bursts of creativity. I’m much more of a couple of days at a time person.
I say this because I seem to have run out of steam with regard to NaNoWriMo again. Okay there have been one or two mitigating circumstances but I think one month is just too long for me.
I’ll keep bashing away at the keyboard, but I don’t think I’m going to make it this year.

MayPlaying around with the theme

by entropiconSeveral things may look a little strange in the next few days. I’m trying to develop the theme I’m using here.
The main change is to make the images a more traditional 4 x 3 format. Widescreen looks really cool, but, considering most images are taken in the 4 x 3 format a change will mean less manipulation on my part. That’s the theory anyway.
I also want to change the backgrounf and header images but that may take more time.
One issue that i am having, which may mean the whole redesign is dumped, is that the theme is repeating on my version of Firefox, giving me a double page. If I can’t get to the bottom of that I may dump the theme and try again. Yes, I’m fickle with no loyalty, but then I am Gen X
